DAY 01: CAIRO
Arrival to Cairo International Airport, meeting & assistance through passports and customs formalities by the representative of Continental Tours. Transfer to your hotel by private car or air-conditioned bus.

DAY 02: PELUSIUM - BILBAIS - MUSTURUD
After breakfast, an over day excursion in an air conditioned vehicle to Pelusium, the ancient seaport and gateway to Egypt, and one of the first resting places of the Holy Family.
Continue to follow up the steps of the Holy Family to Bilbais in the Delta and Musturud where a church is built over a well, blessed by the Holy Family, back to Cairo.

DAY 03: SAMANOUD - SAKHA - WADI AL NATROUN
After breakfast, enjoy a full day trip to Samanoud on the Damietta branch of the Nile River, where a church commemorates the resting place of the Holy Family.
Proceed after to Sakha, where the Holy Family is also believed to have visited, and a place renowned for its Christian community in the middle ages.
Conclude the day by a visit to Wadi Al Natroun, a desert area said to have been blessed by the Christ, with four monasteries that still exist, back to Cairo late afternoon.

DAY 04: MATAREYA - OLD CAIRO
After breakfast, visit the holy well and sacred tree at Matareya on the outskirts of Cairo, a well-attested resting place of the Holy Family and a popular destination among medieval pilgrims.
You will also visit the Hanging church, St. George Church and the Fortress of Babylon in Old Cairo.

DAY 05: CAIRO - MINYA
After breakfast, visit the Church of the Holy Virgin on the banks of the Nile in Maadi, South of Cairo, where Jesus and his Virgin Mother boarded a sailing boat to the village of Deir Al-Garnousin in Upper Egypt.
Proceed to visit this village near the town of Maghagha, where the Monastery of Arganos was later founded. Here, outside the Church of the Virgin, a well is believed to have provided Jesus and his Virgin Mother with the water they needed.
You will, also, see the beautiful church hewn out of the cliff beside the river at Gabal Al-Teir in Minya.

DAY 06: MINYA
After breakfast, visit the Monastery of the Holy Virgin at Al Qusiya, a popular site for pilgrims from ancient times. Jesus and his Virgin Mother are believed to have stayed at this site for over three years.

DAY 07: CAIRO
After breakfast, drive back to Cairo and check in at your hotel. The whole day is free at leisure.

DAY 08: FINAL DEPARTURE
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure, assistance through formalities provided by the representative of Continental Tours.
