This cosmopolitan camp is where it’s at - exciting and urban, this one’s got it all. Only an hour from London, we’ve brought together the best of urban excitement and countryside charm to create our newest camp.
The camp:
The camp is located in Ashford, Kent on 50 acres, an hour away from London. The camp benefits from border fencing, dedicated security guards, electronic gates and CCTV.
The activities:
Our vast adventure park includes Skyclimb, double descender, triple zipwires, climbing, abseiling and double 3G swings.
Campers also benefit from a massive 25,000 sq ft indoor sports hall and huge swimming pool.
A huge entertainment hub offers a Blu-ray cinema, indoor and outdoor laser, a dance studio and disco hall.
Meals:
Three healthy fresh varied meals well cooked are served buffet style (no cheese burger , no chips).
Accommodation:
Campers sleep in bunk beds in shared quarters, boys and girls are located on separate floors of accommodation buildings. A staff member always sleeps nearby and there is someone on duty 24 hours a day to keep an eye on the children.
Programs:
English in action (15 hours) and a multi activity program.
Computer facilities:
Networking, games, music, programming and supervised internet and email.
Excursion Programs:
One full day excursion per week (week one: main city, week two: local excursion).
Safety:
All activity areas are overseen by instructors who are experienced and trained. All equipment conforms to British standards and we insist that everyone wears the correct safety gear and follow the rules.
What happens in the evening?
BBQ, camp fire, talent show karaoke, circus or cinema show. This is the time when the entire camp gets together and has wonderful times.
How do activities work?
Activities are like horse riding, motorsports, tennis, 3G swing, football, climbing, volleyball, face painting, water sports … etc.
All campers enjoy a selection of high and low energy activities, depending on their age and ability.
