Arrival in Rome.

Full day city sightseeing - including Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel.

Day 03: Rome – Abbazia Monte Oliveto – Gargonza
Departure from hotel to Gargonza. On the way, stop at Pienza – the city of Popes - and then AbbaziaMonte Oliveto. Wine and cheese tasting at the Abbazia.
Arrival at Castello di Gargonza (Gargonza Castle). Welcome drink in the private garden followed by a visit of the Castle.
Accommodation in the reserved apartments.
Late afternoon, wine tasting and cooking lesson at the nearby restaurant followed by dinner.

Day 04: Chianti – Siena - Monteriggioni - San Gimignano - Greve in Chianti
Full day excursion in the Chianti region, the first visit is Siena. On the way to S.Gimignano, stop in Monteriggioni.

Day 05: Castello di Gargonza – Rapolano Terme Hot Springs – Florence
Departure to Rapolano Terme Hot Springs. Relaxing time at the Hot Springs (admission included) amidst the tuscan countryside, in the famous Crete Senesi setting.
Early afternoon, leave for Florence Arrival and check in.

City sightseeing in the morning. Late afternoon, cooking class at the famous Sabatini Restaurant followed by dinner.

Day free at leisure. Optional excursion to Pisa.

Departure to Venice. Arrival and transfer from Piazzale Roma to Hotel by water taxi.
